教育目的/授業目標 Academic Discussion aims to develop your listening and speaking skills, knowledge, and experience for successful English discussion in academic and international settings, such as those encountered during Q&A sessions or informal periods at conferences. In addition to discussing your research, we will also look at the strategies we use in discussions, and practice exchanging opinions and other approaches to help you communicate actively and successfully in intercultural environments over a broad range of topics.
授業概要/指導方針 This is a student-centered communication language subject, so active student participation is expected in a range of discussions. Additionally, to help develop overall English proficiency, self-study components are also included.
