Attendees take turns reading and explaining technical books in order to pursuit a study and acquire technical knowledge on communication systems. The purpose of this lecture is twofold. 1. Attendees get used to read technical books and journals written by English. 2. Attendees acquire an organized knowledge of mathematical model of communication system and signal processing techniques.
